A conceptual architectural proposal for Islamabad Airport. The design explores civic form, material, and the experience of threshold — reimagining how travellers move through and experience a major Pakistani airport.
We begin with deep listening — understanding your vision, the site, the light, and the life you want to live within the space. Includes client interviews, site visits, and a preliminary BOQ (Bill of Quantities) to establish budget and scope before any design work begins.
Ideas take form. We explore spatial narratives, material palettes, and design directions through sketch proposals, reference imagery, 3D concept models, and initial spatial diagrams.
Every detail is refined. Plans, elevations, 3D visualisations, and full technical documentation. A detailed BOQ is produced and agreed upon before construction begins — no surprises.
We oversee construction with precision, ensuring the built reality matches the design vision — down to the last joint. On-site quality management throughout.
